Voyageur I.T. was recently recognized by Twin Cities Business [Magazine] as a "2006 Small Business Success Story." Suzanne was named the 2005 Young Women Business Owner of the Year by the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Twin Cities. In 2004, The Minneapolis/Saint Paul Business Journal recognized Suzanne as one of the “Top 25 Women to Watch in the Twin Cities.” Under her leadership Voyageur I.T. has also won numerous awards for its web site designs, including a rank among several "Top 25" lists in the Twin Cities.

In keeping with Voyageur’s name, Suzanne, herself, is a voyageur at heart. Each summer Suzanne runs “Ladies Voyageur Day”, a professionally-guided canoe trip/networking event for business women, as well as a staff "water event."
